Jackpot Bot, operated by Zenova Traders (Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India), offers digital subscription plans (JB Starter and JB Elite Pro). This policy explains how payments, refunds, transfers and cancellations are handled. By purchasing a plan, you agree to this policy. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.
Our plans are digital services. Access to the Jackpot Bot indicator, the premium VIP group and any included bonus features is provided electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a plan is purchased, no refund is provided for change of mind, unused time, trading results or any other reason. Limited-time prices and bonus items (such as the Telegram Trading Bot and Algo Trading Software) form part of the plan and are not refundable separately.
Each plan is personal to the registered account holder and the TradingView username provided at the time of payment. A plan cannot be transferred, shared, gifted or resold, and cannot be moved to another person, account or plan.
Plans do not renew automatically and no recurring charges are made. There is nothing to cancel: access simply ends when the plan period ends, unless you choose to purchase again.
Payments made through the Razorpay button or by manual UPI transfer are verified by our team before a plan is activated. If a payment cannot be verified, no plan is activated and you may resubmit valid payment proof. If an amount is debited from your bank account but the payment fails or is not completed, the bank or payment gateway automatically reverses it, typically within 24 to 48 hours. Reversal timelines are controlled by your bank and the payment gateway.
