Jackpot Bot is a software/technical indicator tool for TradingView, provided strictly for educational and technical analysis purposes. Zenova Traders is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. In accordance with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) guidelines, this service does not provide personalized investment advice, buy/sell recommendations, portfolio management, or any guarantee of returns. Jackpot Bot is a generic technical analysis tool only — all trading and investment decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk, and we strongly recommend consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decision. Trading in financial markets carries risk of loss.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information at signup, including a valid email, WhatsApp number, and address — this is required for support, invoicing, and verifying your identity for payments.
We offer the JB Starter plan and the JB Elite Pro plan, at the prices displayed on our site at the time of purchase. Payments can be made via Razorpay or manual UPI transfer (verified by our team before activation). A valid TradingView username is required at the time of payment so we can grant indicator access — access is granted manually by our team after payment verification, and may take some time.
All payments are final. Digital subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a payment cannot be verified, no plan is activated and you may resubmit valid payment proof. Please read our full Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a payment.
Customers may refer others using their personal referral code or link. A commission is credited only once a referred customer's payment is approved, and becomes withdrawable on the 5th of the following month, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount shown in your dashboard. We may change commission rates or suspend the program at any time; already-approved commissions will still be honoured. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraud, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral system.
You may not share, resell, or redistribute your TradingView access or indicator to third parties, attempt to reverse-engineer the indicator, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenova Traders is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the indicator or website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bihar having jurisdiction.
